I never cook sober. I also hate food waste. Prepped these yesterday, then after 6+ drinks today, cooked them. 3 lbs ground beef, mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta, one onion, lots of garlic and herbs, 1 package lasagna noodles, 2 jars sauce… the only ingredient with leftovers was my ricotta, which I can eat straight. Don’t judge my crispy edges. They are my favorite.

    That looks good. Might make one this weekend. And I thought I was the only one that likes to cook while buzzed. That’s when I make the bomb food especially Italian and Spanish food. My go too is lasagna with chicken cutlet between the layers instead of ground beef. Gotta try it one day.
