It’s amazing how many people post in this sub to warn about them. If any of them actually read the sub, they would have known better than to order. And that’s the problem with your post. None of them will see it to reach out to you because they don’t read the sub. They only post their own take and hope for pats on the back.
What issues did you have with bbq guys.com?
Your money is out of the country and all of the contract information on the site is fake. Good luck.
Isn’t it as simple as a charge back? Credit Cards are great for online transactions like this.

I knew not to trust those dudes. In fact, they had a predecessor that looked sketch AF too, BBQ Islands or something like that. Anyone that offers these online-based outdoor kitchen things – be wary.
Edit: wait, no, in 2019 I ordered the poultry frying basket from them for my Cajun Fryer. No issues with that order. But I also wasnt ordering an outdoor kitchen. I must’ve been the small order they fulfill here and there to cover up the ruse.
Did you use a credit card or a debit card for the purchase? How much did you spend?
You should go after their domain. Report the issues to their hosting service as a scam, and see if you can get them taken down. That will hurt them far more than a lawsuit.

For those of us that aren’t aware of what is going on with this, how about a heads up please?
I guess I got lucky with them. I ordered a replacement Napoleon thermometer from them a couple years ago, despite some negative reviews. It was like $25-30, so not a huge risk.
The part was listed as special order everywhere, but I wasn’t in a hurry. The company was absolutely useless when it came to updates or communication. They just don’t pick up the phone or respond to emails. One day out of the blue 2 months later, the part showed up at my door. There was no shipping notification or anything of the sort. I definitely wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
