🫰🏾to V.O.S. As a new wine importer ourselves we were watching this really closely and heard their interview on [NPR](https://www.npr.org/2025/05/29/nx-s1-5415707/a-small-family-run-wine-business-took-on-the-u-s-executive-branch) back in May on this topic.
Now, “Bitch where is my money at?”
The tariffs being rolled back is amazing news for importers but terrible again for taxpayers who beared the brunt of the cost and will now most likely have that “tax” money paid back to corporations who mostly passed the cost along to consumers to begin with
FUCK YEAH
Great news. Will importers then pass along those refunds to the customers who paid them? That’s a rhetorical question, don’t worry.
There are multiple paths they could’ve used to implement tariffs. Only the first one was strick down.
