Used parchment paper in the pan, the fats just melted into the skin. Delicious.

    There’s definite potential in this dish. That salmon looks like it has a great cook on it but you went through the effort of getting a great crispy skin just to put the sauce on top, ultimately removing the “crispy” element. Might I suggest plating everything up and then pouring your sauce slowly onto the plate to keep that crispy skin and tighten up the plating a bit. Also, thank you for not overcooking your asparagus to oblivion. 🤙
