Got hard-boiled eggs in the fridge and not sure what to make? This video is for you. Nicole shares seven creative, high-protein recipes that transform simple hard-boiled eggs into flavor-packed meals, snacks, and sauces you’ll actually be excited to eat. Whether you’re meal prepping, using up leftovers, or just looking for something beyond deviled eggs, these recipes prove how versatile humble eggs can be.

She starts with savory Korean Soy Marinated Eggs, rich with umami and perfect over rice. Next up are comforting Creamed Goldenrod Eggs — a cozy, old-school favorite that’s simple and satisfying. If you love a party dip, the Deviled Egg Dip delivers all the classic flavor in scoopable form. Then comes a hearty Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole that turns pantry staples into an easy baked dinner.

Nicole keeps the inspiration going with Loaded Egg Salad, packed with bold mix-ins for extra texture and flavor. For something warming and deeply spiced, she makes a comforting Egg Curry that’s perfect with naan or rice. The video wraps up with Sauce Gribiche — a bright, tangy French sauce loaded with chopped eggs and herbs that instantly elevates roasted meats, fish, or vegetables.

  1. Excellent recipes, tips, and presentation. I'm not sure how your production works. Is there someone there to contact a retailer who can work with you, providing utensils (bright knives, etc.—not to detract from instruction) but to give a viewer the need for the kitchenware? Use the item with a few seconds of screen time where an arrow banner points to the item with the name of the site for purchase. You certainly have the subscribers where niche or established retailers, etc., would want to be shown. Maybe use a kitchen pairing knife where the name of the place can be purchased. I am thinking you are providing a service, but you are not a non-profit, so why not? • You would be fairly compensated, tracked so that items purchased from your shows would have a portion provided to you

  2. I put mine in the airfryer for about 3 min
Yes, there's a place on the white that gets too hard, but I dont eat that part. Just spoon the good part out. I put cheese toast, andouille sausage, 2 eggs in. Complete breakfast in less than 5 min

  3. Ethiopian Doro Wat has hard boiled eggs in it. It’s my favorite part. In the same realm as curry but oh so much better

  4. A behind the scenes of you picking recipes and prepping your stage like you do please 👍🏻🧐

  5. Your crew behind the scenes must be needing to go on diets from eating all that greatness you prepare 👍🏻

  6. I don’t care for dill or celery, so may substitute some finely diced radish for the texture. This [Loaded egg salad sandwich, although I like it on croissants] is how I have always made egg salad (with a small spoonful of Miracle Whip for the slight sweetness and tang), but have never thought to add Sriracha or Worcestershire sauce. I do love both, so I definitely need to try this. Along with all of your other recipes here. Delicious! (We can still get 18 eggs for $4.98CAD — $3.64USD— when on sale, so I still consider eggs a low cost way to get protein 😊).

  7. I make my egg salad, with 3 grated hard boiled eggs, 2 sliced/chopped mini seedless cucumber, and enough Miracle Whip to mix, add salt and pepper to taste. I can get abot 5 sandwhiches from this recipe.

  8. Every single recipe here looks AMAZING! Never new of so many different ways to eat hard boiled eggs. I will be trying those for sure. Thank you so much for sharing!

  9. The only problem I have with the Korean marinated eggs is that I can’t resist eating them all in one sitting and I don’t think I should be eating 7 or 8 eggs all at once 😂

  10. I know she said "Korean style" but seriously jalapenos? Use an Asian chili for crying out loud or Uncle Rodger will be disappointed! (Also DO NOT use chili jam!)

  11. I enjoy your recipes truly, but I will stick with boiling my eggs for 15 minutes so they cook , those eggs needed a few minutes more.

  12. 🌟Well, first you actually must like soya sauce, I don’t!
Besides, soy is an endocrine disruptor and not healthy.
🌟Recipe number two…allergic to gluten. Nope.
🌟Mayo = unhealthy seed oils. Nope.
🌟Wonder Bread = a dangerous chemical factory. Nope.

  13. We make the creamed eggs for Easter every year – it's actually called Egg a la Goldenrod – so yummy!

  14. Not food related, but I watch all the time love your recipes, but I also love the tops you wear you always look casual but put together where do you shop?

  15. I steam my eggs in the rice cooker. The shells practically fall off, and the cook time is easily adjustable for the hardness desired in the yolks.

  16. The easiest way to peel an egg is to poke a hole in the shell either at the top or bottom. Not deep enough to break the membrane just enough that when the egg boils it releases from the shell.

  17. Oh yes!! Golden Egg was a breakfast my Mother' in law would make for us. Its delicious! The recipe is in the Bettty Crocker 1964 cook book.

  18. Please tell me where you're finding WONDERBREAD?! I realize it isn't the best for you but the Nostalgia and The Taste outweigh the nutritional value! Love your videos by the way much appreciated!

  19. Just saw your interview on Hungry for More. Loved it. Gotta tell you a funny you reminded me of. Like mamy, my Mom always sprinkled paprika on the deviled eggs and potato salad, like you said. One year- big gathering- she accidentally grabbed the CINNAMON!😮 wasn't horrible, actually. 😅 ❤❤

  20. Have you tried making Egg Salad without mayonnaise? Throw in and mash up a couple Avocados for the creaminess of the Mayo.

  21. I've been making deviled egg dip for 40+ years everyone thought I was "weird" but its delish! Eat the dip with potato chips though not crackers!

  22. I binge watch your videos and have made several of your recipes (the Trader Joe's Dumplings recipe were out of this world!) But I have 2 questions: Have you ever had a recipe FLOP? And who eats all of your cooking?!

  23. Tap the round end of the egg on your counter until you hear a snap, like very gently. The snap you hear is the membrane inside the egg separating. Then boil. I've yet to have difficulty peeling after I learned this
