Backyard oven.
Salami. Cashew
Proper leopard spotting.
I know the Neapolitan purists will say
“Too many toppings.”
“Not traditional.”
“Wrong balance.”
But honestly?
If it tastes good, who cares about the rulebook?
At what point does tradition become ego?

The cashews look pretty random but the pizza looks hella good, would 100% smash. And I’m an OG Neapolitan
That looks legit. I saw a lot of variation in Naples. Yes there is a DNA; but not everything is set in stone.
Well done.
Thats ok because Naples is banned from the rest of Italy.
You can get banned from cooking in Italy if you travel 75m to the left of your house, and do something that your grandma never did.
Meanwhile I’m here trying to fry thinly sliced olives like they are onion rings. Who cares, that pizza looks delish.
Did you use wood oven or gas oven?
Either way it might not look traditional but it must been delicious
