I love my prime rib rare but this was so bad. It looked and tasted like raw meat and I couldn’t even chew it.
On top of that the “Au jus” sauce was 90% Worcester sauce.

FYI : If you look close you can see a BROWN dot in the top right corner. That was raw beef base. Only spot of flavor.
