First time I’ve tried a tomahawk. Used my Masterbuilt Gravity Feed. Need to practice the sear and flips but managed not to over cook it. Some homemade garlic butter prior to serving. Based on thickness, will go a little heavier on seasoning next time, but I was happy with the final product. Have a great day.

  1. Looks good! We smoke ours on the smoker until internal temp is about 90* and then sear it with herb butter about 5 to 10 on each side. We love these things can easily feed 4 so they are way cheaper than 4 ribeyes
