

On at 4:30 this morning in Katy, Tx. I usually use my kamado joe for an overnight smoke, but the flavor is just better coming off the weber. Been able to keep it in the 250°-275° for 1st 4 hours so far with only a couple adjustments. Have a great weekend grillers and smokers👍

Looks glorious. I always snake it, granted I have a 22 and don’t go with that big of cuts. But how long will you get out of those coals?

Can’t wait to pull my new 26 out of the garage and give it a try. Will have to wait for some good weather though🤔
