Sometimes I get a bit decadent with breakfast on the weekends. This morning I made some ice cream with frozen bananas and pecans. Topped it with a chocolate sauce made with dates, cacao and a little almond milk. Had a whole baked plantain on the side. 😋

I thought this was mashed potatoes and gravy and you get an upvote from me either way.
Banana icecream is amazing, but I think I would be on the toilet after eating that much!
