Mortadella and Burrata sandwich with pistachio pesto
Thought I could share a sandwich I made a while ago when I got some serious cravings. The pesto is homemade.

My only quibble is with the bread/structural integrity, I’d go with big bubble focaccia or baguette just to keep everything contained. But that right there is gonna be a delicious sandwich

I make a very similar sandwich to this, but I drizzle a little olive oil and honey right over the mortadella
