My husband signed me up for an Oysters and Friends box from Hama Hama Oysters in Washington. I do not trust Montana oysters, but I do trust the ones shipped directly to me from the farm. 6 hamamoto, 6 Olympia, and 6 Hama Hama oysters, plus 2 pounds of clams, a jar of their own citrus miso butter. Everything was amazingly and delicious. Tonight, the rest of the package will be devoured, in the form of Katfish sablefish and tinned smoked sardine pate. My god, what a perfect gift for meeeee.

Who in their right mind would trust oysters from Montana?
Depending on where you live, but if you’re near Flathead Fish and Seafood they fly in fresh oysters a couple times a week.
