i do like seafood pizza, that is not a crime. but i don’t like having to remove the clam and prawn shells from my pizza. it just gets messy. that is the only crime i see here.

I was served a clam pizza one time with the clams still in the shell & only 1 shell per slice. My buddy and I couldn’t help but laugh out loud directly at the Bartender serving it to us. Probably a 2 put 10 pizza experience.

I’ve had seafood pizza before and it can be quite good – in fact the first ever pizza I made at home was small frozen shrimp and something else, can’t remember, it was forever ago. However, whole entire shrimp as they are from the sea ? Noooooo. Mollusks in the shell ? That’s just unnecessary reinforcement that you’re having seafood.

People are saying they eat prawn shells. Fine. Who the hell eats clam shells? Do you want to have to pull a cheesy, greasy clam shell off of a pizza, leaving a big cheeseless dent where it was, to either break it and eat the clam or place the now-shelless clam back on the pizza?
