I found the recipe on a Mediterranean diet website but I made some changes.

It’s homemade gnocchi (potatoes, flour, egg, salt), prepared in olive oil. Some frozen shrimp in olive oil, frozen peas, and then I added back the gnocchi, then finished with pesto and milk.

The changes I made from the original recipe were using significantly more peas and substituting milk for cream.

Is this a good Mediterranean diet food? What other changes should I make?

Looks fine to me. Personally i would have added more/different veggies vs more peas such as carrot, mushroom, bell pepper, green bean. i also think it would help with some tomatoes. I love the homemade gnocchi thing. i should try it sometime.
