

Hi all!
I just canned a 6 liter batch of beef and cabbage.
Followed all instructions step by step and I I again lost a lot of liquid…
Presto induction without gage
Harvest garden lids in hot water
Clean rim with vinegar
Finger thight
Put on 9/10 setting till my lock popped
Then waited 10 minutes with smoke before putting the 10 lbs weight
After it start moving I reduced my setting to lower down the heat but kept the weight moving
Waited my 90 minutes
Put down the heat gradually till 0
Waited till the locked dropped
Then waited 10 minutes to remove the weight
The 10 min before opening
STILL lot of liquid as been lost in the pressure canner…
Am I missing something???
