Ho usato il mio Barrel e il risultato ha lasciato tutti a bocca aperta: Capacità record: Quasi 10kg di carne caricata in soli 40cm di diametro grazie alla cottura verticale. pochissimo fumo, quasi assente! bello davero bello per stare in compagnia senza affumicare gli ospiti. Buona domenica a tutti
