This easy bread recipe is made with no oven and no kneading. If you are looking for a no knead bread recipe that always works, this ciabatta-style pan bread is soft, airy, and full of flavor.

This easy bread recipe is mixed with a spoon, folded once, and cooked in a pan. The dough is very similar to ciabatta, but you don’t need an oven. It’s a simple homemade bread that anyone can make.

Ingredients:

600 g / 21.16 oz / ~5 cups all-purpose flour
10 g / ~2½ tsp sugar
7 g / ~2¼ tsp instant dry yeast
440 ml / 14.88 fl oz / just under 2 cups water (18–20°C = 64.4–68°F)
8 g / ~1⅓ tsp salt
30 ml / 1.01 fl oz / 2 tbsp olive oil

US cup measurement: 240 ml is used as the base.

  4. This looks great, and no oven, I will try this for sure. I saw a recipe for pizza on focaccia bread yesterday that looked really good. I was wondering if you have ever done a focaccia bread recipe? Also, I read other people's comments and wonder why they have the need to be negative, you always seem so gracious in your answer.   7. This will be another recipe I shall look forward to trying. The sesame seed and Nigella seed bread turned out ok. Didn't look as good as the one on the video but the temperature in my house has been quite low due to the rubbish weather. I am looking forward to making and eating this bread. 🙏🏼
