My home city is Lublin (Poland). Cebularz is a geographically protected recipe. It's super popular and very tasty. I always preferred this over croissants or donuts.

I make a big deal out of publicly and loudly eating half a dozen of these, with witnesses, a day or two before drug tests at work. Make sure to sprinkle extra seeds on top and take photos as proof. Works a charm

Can you tell me about the root word and the pronunciation?

Seems really similar to cebolla, the Spanish word for onion.

I have no familiarity with the Polish language

So is Lublin worth a day trip from Warsaw? And how far is Zamość from there? I would like to check out cebularz too!
