

Been on this diet for over a year now, im going to share some of my meals with you, this is what I ate this morning and my meal prep for the rest of the week
Mixed veggies : cucumbers, tomato, red onion, parsley, kalmata olives
Roasted broccoli and carrots
Protein – quinoa, tofu and hummus
