I made a post a couple months back asking what everyone’s favorite vanilla ice cream was because it’s my favorite flavor. One that stood out was a few people saying Kirklands. I know Kirkland has great products, I just never thought about their ice cream also being quality. I’ve been putting off buying it because I only have 2 people in my household and 1 gallon is a lot to buy for only 2 people. I bit the bullet this weekend and WOW!! This hit all of my check boxes: flavor, texture, density…it really is THAT GOOD!!!

If you like the taste of gums and have always wondered what vanilla ice cream without much vanilla flavor might taste like, you don’t have to wonder anymore.
For an ice cream with high butterfat, it’s amazingly mid. Cheap, though.
