Macina leggermente meno fine o metti meno polvere nel cestello.

Ça m’est arrivé aussi, tu règles trop fin et ça devient une pâte, la pompe galère et tout part en vrille. Remets quelques crans, tampe plus léger, ça devrait revenir vite.

Far from a Nestle fan, but I do love those cups, they’re really nice to drink from

just shy of a couple of clicks of that science experiment where they watch something taking 200 years for a single drip. The ultimate ristretto.

Ahhh coffee my strength. Like my grandma said if you put a horse in it and it doesn’t stand up then it’s too weak

How do I lick the bottom of that?

That’s a Gaggia right? What’s the setup (portafilter / basket) that you’re using? Also any other mods?

Honestly I love coffee this syrupy and thick. It’s just a royal pain with a flair espresso machine.

Nothing wrong with this if it tastes better than the faster brew with a coarser grind

Don’t think you’ve managed to get the portafilter all the way around and touching the steam wand just yet. Push it harder!

Maybe you need a new gasket😆

How to make Turkish coffee using an espresso machine.

Umm. I have had some pulls like that, and they can be gross or absolute gold.

Depends on the bean. So how did it taste?

Actually, I’ve recently enjoyed ultra-fine, 2+ minute pulls on light / light-medium roasts. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not “overextracted” and actually yummy, gooey, sweet, balanced.
