Hello fellow bakers

For the past weeks I’ve been practicing Canelé for my small home bakery. 🥹✨ After having success with regular classic vanilla, I was so curious on trying other flavors. I made with non-stick mold and with butter. It has such a nice crunch with a custardy interior.

I’ve attach some photos 🌱✨

💜 Ube (ube flavored with ube ganache, dip in ube chocolate, and coated with shredded coconut)

🇹🇷 Turkish Çay (Turkish tea flavored with çay ganache. Coated with pistachio, sweet toasted kadayif, and lemon syrup)

🍵 Matcha (matcha flavored with matcha ganache)

✨ Classic (Vanilla bean flavored)

🫖 Earl Grey (earl grey flavored with earl grey ganache)

S’more (vanilla bean with homemade graham biscuit, dip in chocolate, and melted/toasted vanilla bean marshmallow)

These were so fun to make but It was also really difficult. 🥹🌱 failures had happened but after testing oven temperature + time I finally got it. 💝 there are still some flavors I want to test such as Banana, Thai tea, and vietnamese ca phe.

How many do you make at once? These looks amazing, is it pretty easy once you get the hang of it?

    Beautiful work, Chef.

Love the ube one in particular – what extract did you use to achieve that vibrancy? Butterfly?

  7. I would pay too much money for the s’mores one at a restaurant lol

It’s amazing what can be ‘self taught’ or mastered when you commit yourself to it, you should be very proud! Hope you enjoyed eating the ‘learning curves’!

Hi, for the ganache inside do you pipe it after it is cooked or before you bake it? And I agree, I would pay top money for this!

  12. They look amazing! Do you make them with the beeswax coating or something else? (I think its beeswax?)

Just drooled on my phone screen 🤭 I had to Google çay – only to learn it’s Turkish black tea. But then, of course, I just *had* to watch the 5 second YouTube video on how to pronounce it. The teacher said *”chai”.* I’m here to tell you – 6:30 in the ayem is waaay too early to fuck with this old woman’s head 😂 I haven’t even had my morning coffee yet!
