Buffalo Chicken Burrito 🌯
This one is unreal. Spicy, creamy, cheesy β€” basically everything you want wrapped up in a tortilla.

Ingredients (makes 2):
β€’ 350g chicken breast
β€’ 20g low fat cheese
β€’ 2 tortilla wraps
β€’ 2 tbsp cornflour
β€’ 2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Buffalo sauce:
β€’ 4 tbsp hot sauce
β€’ 1 tsp low fat butter
β€’ 1 tsp honey

Coleslaw:
β€’ Cabbage
β€’ Carrot
β€’ Onion
β€’ 4 tbsp low fat mayo
β€’ 1 garlic clove
β€’ Β½ tsp onion powder
β€’ Β½ tsp dried dill
β€’ Salt & pepper

Cooking steps:
1️⃣ Slice chicken into chunks, coat with cornflour and Cajun seasoning.
2️⃣ If you’ve got an air fryer – cook at 200Β°C for 12 mins.
No air fryer? Oven works too β€” 200Β°C for 20–25 mins, flip halfway.
3️⃣ While that cooks, finely slice the onion & cabbage, grate the carrot, then mix everything together for the slaw.
4️⃣ Heat your buffalo sauce ingredients in a pan, simmer for a couple mins, then toss in the cooked chicken till coated.
5️⃣ Add chicken, cheese & coleslaw to your wrap. Roll it up tight and toast if you fancy a bit of crisp.

Messy. Spicy. Glorious.

  1. You have an airfryer already. Its called an oven. The only thing the airfryer does differently is have a basket to throw your stuff in. Its litterally a convection oven on your counter. Just a small oven.
