I made this cupcake cake just now and feel like the blue spot needs something. What do you guys think?

Not because how you did it, but because of overall shape of cupcakes
It would look better with more muffins on top part, more rounded 6, like coursive not an arial computer font.
Decorate with piping, frosting flowers, edible pearls and glitter.
And just add the text as papercut on toothpics, – maybe with cute ribbon bunting?

I would pipe a boarder around the entire thing. It looks unfinished without it.
And I agree with others you need more cupcakes to fill it out

Honestly, I’d take off everything and start again. Like someone else already suggested, make your 6 more rounded and put it on a white cake board. Also, I think your cupcakes are too small. Either use jumbo cupcakes or add a second row. Unless the customer requested it to be just flat icing, adding rosettes and swirls will make it look significantly better.
