We’re making a delicious breakfast pizza today! This easy recipe starts with a part-baked crust and a quick bechamel recipe, ensuring a perfect base for all your favorite morning toppings. Get ready to enjoy a fantastic pizza for breakfast that’s simple to make and incredibly tasty. This video will walk you through every step of the cooking process!

What you’ll need:
-Pizza crust.
-Chopped cooked sausage.
-Chopped cooked bacon.
-Shredded cheese.
-4 eggs.
-3 oz butter.
-1/3 cup AP flour.
-1 cup milk.
-All purpose seasoning.
-Salt and pepper.
-Sliced green onions.

How to make it:
Roll out your dough and par bake for 5 minutes in a 425F oven.
Make your bechamel sauce – melt the better and whisk in the flour, cook the mix for a min or so. Slowly pour in the milk and whisk until thickened. Add a could shakes of the all purpose seasoning and mix in.
Pull the dough out of the oven and add the toppings.
Spoon the bechamel sauce over the crust first.
Sprinkle some of the shredded cheese.
Add the eggs to each corner of the pizza.
Add the sausage, bacon and rest of the cheese.
Back into the oven to finish cooking for 5-7 more min or until the dough is cooked through.
Remove from the oven, top with the green onions, slice and enjoy!

  4. Ahhh a normal Mainer staple heads out into the world. Yours looks amazing. We have this every few weeks or grab one in the morning just about anywhere. Always different. Occasionally I grind the bacon into a fine dust and press it 8th the crust before parbaking.. Let your mind go wild. I like your egg nests that you made. Wicked!
