Frank’s red cheesy chicken bacon ranch bowls

This is going into my cookbook!

Stage 1

4.5lbs chicken breast into the crockpot
Two packs of ranch seasoning 56g total
1 cup beef broth
16 ounces chopped peppers
Let this cook on high for three hours

Stage 2

15 minutes before your chicken is done boil up one box of protein pasta

Stage 3 assembly

Your chicken is done shredded up and add your ⬇️
Drained pasta
300g plain Greek yogurt
2 bags part skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup Frank’s red hot sauce

Mixed us up and place this into 10 meal prep containers

Send this to someone who needs high-protein meals!

  2. I love these recipes and no lie this guy is like the ideal buffness! Just my opinion.
    However, do you have any recipes for people who deal with insulin resistence or diabetics? These arent meals i could eat because they would make me sleepy!
    However, i love that you throw beef bacon on everything.

  4. Why is everyone hating? It might not look the most visually appealing but it probably tastes bomb and it’s healthy. Not to mention that’s a ton of food to cook all at once and reheating leftovers are easy

  6. I kept missing you adding the chicken broth and was like "3 hours with no moisture other than chicken drippings, it'll burn!"

  7. I would do this food prep but I hate the taste of reheated chicken 😢 makes me gag.. I may have to find a substitute
