Ordered a prosciutto and fig pizza from Ticino in Avon, CO. Barely any prosciutto or fig. Modest amount of cheese. Maybe it should be marketed as a salad. Either way pizza man needs to be locked up.

I had to laugh, I just ordered a similar pizza last night and it was more arugula than pizza! (Roast duck, goat cheese, okonomi sauce, arugula)
I enjoyed my pizza after I scraped like half the arugula off, it was good but way, way too much
I’m actually curious if it supposed to be wilted or something? Or maybe the kitchen doesn’t want to waste the arugula, so they just pile it on there??
If the rest of the toppings were adequate this would be a fine pizza. Prosciutto and arugula is a top tier flavor combo, when we used to serve this it was decently loaded as well. Poorly executed perhaps but not a crime.

I’ve had pizza like this. Mine was arugula and prosciutto and there was a ton of arugula like this. I loved it. The arugula was dressed ever so lightly and it was very refreshing against the saltiness and fat of the prosciutto…all on a nice crispy dough.
They gave you some shit looking arugula though.

This style of pizza is relatively common, especially if it’s Neapolitan. It’s really good. This definitely isn’t a crime.

This is the right amount of arrugula on pizza, tbh. It usually shrinks a bit like spinach when the pizza is hot. I love it! Just had it yesterday myself.
