    There was….a containment incident with the giant standing chest freezer. The meat stash or homemade stocks were safe, thank god, but the entire door of frozen prepped veggies defrosted. So this was my solution!

    Looks great. In the future, cook the pasta separate as you need it if you’re going to be freezing a big batch.
