Breakfasts: avocado toast on sourdough with eggs

Lunches: cheese and herb bureg with roasted beets and pickles turnips

Dinners: tofu massaman curry with jasmine rice and Thai cucumber salad

    I don’t typically prep for more than a few days at a time.

    The bureg is pale because it is unbaked. We like to bake it fresh before eating 😄
