Vegan Angel Food Cake with grape compote.

I borrowed some of the animal-free egg white protein from another vegan friend while I wait for mine to be delivered and baked this angel food cake. Is everything I remember, however I am not much of a sweets person, so as soon as my bag gets delivered, I will bake a vegan cheese soufflé for me, but the clients of my vegan catering service have already pre-ordered angel food cakes 🤗
