Maybe I’m wrong to think this, but personally I gave up on the scoville rating. I mean sure it’s a little fun rating system but I think it’s become so commercialized just to sell a product and it varies so much by each manufacturer, it has become useless. At least to me.
I had to do a double take because I thought I had posted this without remembering… The stove looks nearly identical to ours lol

the scovilles aren’t actually that high but buldak sauce is very oily so it makes it really burn hot and linger. It also has extract in it, which just seems to always make things feel hotter

It says it’s around jalapeno scoville but honestly that system is bullshit, and subjective per person. Also not accurately measured. Like the method is dumb as shit lol

A quick Google search shows about 4400 Scoville. The 2 X-tra hot is 8000-10,000 Scoville.
