    Unlike other oils, Perilla Oil can go bad quickly so you should store it in a refrigerator.

    Why did you rehydrate the shrimp 젓 separately? Does it do something? I usually just let all the ingredients mix together (and add a little excess water to make it saucier, because I like it that way).
