I now have pre frozen individually 5 loaves of sandwich bread, 2 16” pizzas, 5 batches of pretzels and 2 batches of breadsticks. Today I made a dozen pretzels and two loaves of chocolate chip banana bread.

That’s impressive, well done. I don’t have the time, ingredients, or will to wash all those dishes.

Look at you!!! Crushing it like it 1970!!! This is a major achievement and I’m so happy to see this. I hope you’re proud of this accomplishment ♥️

that’s insane! how much flour did you need for all of that? one loaf of bread for the recipe that i use is 6 cups of APF. i cannot imagine 5 loaves 😂

Oh yum. Looks delicious and I bet it tastes just as delicious. Congratulations on your success.

How are you slicing your bread so uniformly?

    Good for you! 👏

Once I started baking everything from scratch, I never went back. It’s a lot of work, but so worth it.

Is the sandwich bread frozen before being baked?

I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. Prepackaged stuff tastes like crap now. Nothing tastes better than homemade cookies, cakes, and breads

Be careful, you could easily employ the cottage food law and start selling that. They even allow pizzas as of 2025. You know it’s a gift so share it.

I started about then also. Homemade bread, muffins, coffee cake, sourdough starter. The kitchen smells amazing. And I’m switching out whole cream for whole milk, what a decadent difference!

Whats your meal prep plan? I get so tired trying to meal prep for the week but it makes everything easier

  15. Love it!! I actually just started this as well on week 3. Keep it up!

I’ve been doing this for the past two weeks, too!! You’re a machine, congratulations!!

I would highly recommend checking out the King Arthur, big bubbly focaccia recipe. I’m a big fan because it’s ready decently quick and the process is pretty simple. It also doesn’t need a whole bunch of kneading and most of the gluten strength is by folding during the bulk fermentation. My family absolutely loves it and it’s something I make every week and it’s highly versatile because you can do a bunch of different toppings or you can even turn it into a Sicilian style pizza.

This is quite a feat and one you can feel so confident proud about! In high school, I was responsible for making bread for the family each Saturday. I was surprised when I learned that not everyone knew how to make bread. Glad to see so many try and realize they love it and it’s therapeutic!

Oh man that pizza crust looks amazing. Once you start making it at home, it’s hard to get crappy delivery. Also you can use the dough ball for so many other things.

This is awesome. Personally, I found it so much easier to just go gluten free and cut the bread out lol I love making bread…about once every 3 months!!

👍Store bought bread is gross. My kids won’t eat it.

Please post to the food video porn subreddit (forget the actual name. ^Might be that^) and to YouTube. Everything looks delicious!!

(Pedantic) Pizza could use a few more minutes in the oven, but everything looks fantastic
