I meal prep every Sunday and really wanted to figure out something that would fit my macros but take almost no time to prep.
I ended up finding reduced fat macaroni and cheese and pulled pork at Trader Joe's, decided to slap them together with green beans and my favourite lower cal BBQ sauce and voila!
6 boxes of the Mac and cheese, 1 box of the pulled pork and a 1lb bag of green beans made 6 servings.
519 calories, 35 grams of protein, close to zero effort and YUMMY!

    The reduced guilt mac and cheese from TJ’s is one of my favorite meal prep hacks! It makes a great base for all types of bowls. Buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken, philly cheesesteak mac, broccoli mac. I also like to throw some lean ground beef and a couple tablespoons of the TJ’s bruschetta in there for something similar but better than Hamburger Helper.
