    Thermapen one (from thermoworks, and not a knockoff) with glow-in-the-dark silicone sleeve would be my suggestion, assuming he doesn’t have one yet though.

    I would like it if it were given to me. I have cheaper disposable options to do the same thing, but something reusable is a good idea.

    My wife got me a Meat Bag last year, I like it because it’s easy to store when not in use.

    I would say if it’s easy to clean, maybe, but there is a reason coolers work so well. They clean easy, the can be used as a cooler too.

    Yes, I have one from another brand. Beats towels. Cleans up easy in the sink.
