


Made this one late last year and every detail was perfect for my tastes. Right after, I took a little break from very regular pizza making. I've still made quite a few in that time but none have quite lived up to this one. It was crispy and juicy and simple perfection. I ate the whole thing. Usually, the last couple of slices I eat I save the crust and give it to my golden retriever. Not that day. Sorry, June! Anyone else have one that is seared into their memory that they're still trying to replicate?

Damn I wish this sub had a rule that you have to include the recipe with your photo cause this looks absolutely amazing
I started making pizza week of Christmas. The first ever batch of dough I made yielded three balls. Two of which I baked at 24 hours. Didn’t love it, The last one I baked at a friends house at 3 days. It wasn’t perfect but close and it had the texture I wanted. I had hoped to refine it and build in my process from there but I have yet to get close to it. I’ve been making pizza weekly. Why is it so hard 😭
