Jul’s was first born in Ibiza in 2018, founded by chef Christos Fotos, alongside Jem Akyuz and his son Ilhan. What started as a relaxed Mediterranean restaurant quickly evolved into a cult favourite, known for its unfussy yet refined cooking, magnetic atmosphere and a crowd that comes as much for the energy as the food.

Following the success of its original outpost, Jul’s expanded to other international hotspots, building a reputation for spaces that blur the line between restaurant, bar and late-night destination. London has long been on the brand’s radar – and now, the West End finally gets its own slice of Jul’s magic.

At Jul’s, the Mediterranean influence is unmistakable – but it’s interpreted with a modern, seasonal sophistication that feels perfectly at home in the capital. The menu champions locally sourced ingredients, as well as open-fire cooking and charcoal-grilling techniques. Whether you’re starting with a caviar-topped bucatini or lingering over grilled wagyu, the menu strikes a pleasing balance between familiar Mediterranean flavours and inventive touches.
