  3. Lil luna off google is my go to naan recipe. I use instant rise yeast and sour cream for leavening. You can use plant based sour cream, or Greek yogurt. I personally like sour cream. A teaspoon of high quality rice bran oil in a skillet on medium heat, you’ll have the best naan ever. Next time, I’ll be proofing my naan dough in the fridge for 12 hours. Idk if it’ll taste much better, but a different recipe says cold fermentation is supposed to bring out the best flavor in naan. So far, I’ve proofed my dough counter top until it’s double in size, roll out my naan and fry to perfection. You can make anything with naan. Pizza, wraps, quesadillas, chips. My husband and I prefer to reheat our naan in the air fryer until perfectly slightly crisp. Make a mash avocado with S&B mild crispy garlic in chili oil, and eat with crispy naan. Or a warm Japanese vegetable curry stew with Japanese rice and crispy naan. I know S&B makes a wonderful mild curry roux block with all the good stuff in it, but you can always make your own. Yum!!

  6. I make that at home all the time in australia too. Its not about having more time to make doughs in india. Its easy honesty, quite easy. And worth the feast ofcourse 😂
