Wow, c’est super propre, on dirait vraiment des ailes — ok j’ai dit un tiret là, faut pas, replace. Non sérieusement, maîtrise de fou, moi mon lait fait que des blobs.

Now the hard part is setting it down without spilling.

All these pretty yet undrinkable coffees are getting well boring imho

Damn soup bowl this is like 4 drinks…

I never liked these fishbowl sized coffees. Just give me a nice cortado instead

  6. I was feeling a little self conscious about the size of my milk drinks in the AM, but this sauce pan has me feeling better. Regardless, beautiful pour.

Can someone explain something to me? At right around the 1.5 second mark, right when he’s about to start pouring the milk, the instant it hits the coffee it kind of flows away from the pitcher and the rest of the milk seems “drawn” in that direction in the cup almost like there’s some an undercurrent or something. When I do my pours, I often find that the milk settles just about where the milk pitcher’s beak is, which means I have to do a lot more forward and back hand motion to get the patterns, as opposed to this video showing very little motion (for the first ~5 seconds). I could use any tips!

Do you have a video tutorial that you’d recommend ?

My hands shake too much, half the cup would be on the floor lol

I can’t get art like this; I don’t think the milk is right? I blame it on the machine.
