
I simply love a soup with 1 or 2 eggs. It’s so filling. Depending on what veggie I’m in the mood for – just throw it in, blend it and add spices and voila. Big warm plate, low Kcals. Today’s menu- pumpkin, onion and garlic. Have a nice day everyone!

I love pumpkin soup! Never thought to add eggs
