  1. Mmmmm. . That melt looks fabulous!
I am a albacore fann, I use lemon and dill in mine😊
Not sure I have ever had skipjack?🤔

  2. I won't touch tuna in water, olive oil or nothing, and it gets mixed in with the mayo. Some salt and pepper with either slices of crispy pepperoni (great little spicy kick) or Applewood smoked bacon, butter toasted bread in a pan, and dressed as 2 open faced sandwiches (got sick of losing most of the tuna out the sides) with a nice smoked gouda melted under a broiler on top. Add mayo and veggies as you please, I certainly change it up all the time.

    P. S. That sandwich does look bomb and I would totally wolf that down. Going to have to try that vinegar trick.

  3. Diced boiled eggs and lemon juice are a must in mine. Everything else is negotiable. Great video, Chef!

  4. Any “fish” scent is a very good thing! It means it contains healthy Omega 3 oils. Therefore, it is very good for your heart, brain and every cell in your body!
