I won't touch tuna in water, olive oil or nothing, and it gets mixed in with the mayo. Some salt and pepper with either slices of crispy pepperoni (great little spicy kick) or Applewood smoked bacon, butter toasted bread in a pan, and dressed as 2 open faced sandwiches (got sick of losing most of the tuna out the sides) with a nice smoked gouda melted under a broiler on top. Add mayo and veggies as you please, I certainly change it up all the time.
P. S. That sandwich does look bomb and I would totally wolf that down. Going to have to try that vinegar trick.
Any “fish” scent is a very good thing! It means it contains healthy Omega 3 oils. Therefore, it is very good for your heart, brain and every cell in your body!

A nice layer of crunchy Cheetos on a tuna salad sandwich is sublime
My favorite brand of canned tuna! Definitely an albacore fan thru and thru

Tuna melts are one of my favorite sandwiches! However, they are quite the gut bomb.
When I make tuna fish, I put a little relish in it

They are not sushi grade tuna ,with that some brilliant person put the low grade tuna in a pot and boiled it
A bit of olive tapenade is just the thing for tuna salad.
I put diced dill pickle in mine, and add just a splash of the pickle juice for flavor 😋
Diced boiled eggs and lemon juice are a must in mine. Everything else is negotiable. Great video, Chef!
My go to is just mayo, diced pickles, and a bit of pickle juice with salt and pepper
I didn't know any of that so thanks!
