Coffee Tasting Spectrum

Hi all – I’m pretty new to the coffee game but have slowly been learning more about it and doing a lot more brewing and prep at home.

I created this table both as a reference for myself and also for any other newbies who may be wanting to explore what kind of coffee they actually like.

Would love some opinions if you feel like I have something wrong here. This is mainly from my own experience and is a generalization – as I know not every coffee from Kenya, for example, is going to taste the same.
