Our Long John Silvers closed down nearly three years ago now. With food prices how they are nowadays, decided to give it a try. Club soda seemed to make all the difference. I used to be a sprite person.

My god that looks good. Deep frying at home is good fun, but sometimes I find it tricky to control the oil temp. Looks like you had great success, though.
