Urban Plates is now offering three new grass-fed burgers on its menu. The $14.75 avocado cheeseburger is made with a grilled beef patty, American cheese, sliced avocado, organic tomato, white onion, pickles and lettuce. The $14.25 bacon cheeseburger combines a beef patty with melted American cheese and crispy bacon, organic tomato, lettuce, white onion and pickles. The $13.25 crispy onion cheeseburger comes with a beef patty, American cheese, seasoned onions, pickles, organic tomato and lettuce. Seven Seas Food Festival: SeaWorld San Diego’s Seven Seas Food Festival is back with new food, entertainment and a concert series. Over 150 food and beverages from around the world will be available for guests to sample over the festival’s nine weekend run. There will also be six stages filled with scheduled entertainment such as Fitz and the Tantrums, The Band Perry, Phillip Phillips and Walker Hayes. Plus, expect performances by Brazilian dancers, Polynesian musicians, fire dancers and K-Pop tribute bands. The festival and concerts are included with park admission. Tonight through April 26. Hell’s Kitchen cooking class: Learn how to prepare a three-course meal, including dishes such as chef Gordon Ramsay’s infamous beef Wellington, at a cooking class at his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Harrah’s Resort Southern California. Visitors will also be taught how to prepare a sticky toffee pudding, Caesar salad and a specialty cocktail. After the cooking class, guests will get to eat the three-course meal. Noon. New brunch menu: Vincenzo’s Cucina & Lounge in Little Italy has introduced a new brunch menu. Customers can now choose from a mix of omelets, sandwiches, salads and sweet breakfast entrees. L’Auberge Del Mar: Newly appointed executive chef Sergio Jimenez has launched new dinner menus at L’Auberge Del Mar’s two restaurants: Adelaide and The Living Room Bar. Adelaide’s now features spiny lobster, fennel-pollen chicken, dry-aged duck breast and an espresso flan. Some of the new choices at The Living Room Bar include waffles and caviar, wagyu beef empanadas, crab French onion dip and grilled beef skewers. 5 to 9 pm.
