πŸ₯Ÿ15 minute Edamame Dimsum ! No need to make a dough for the wrapper, no rolling. Quick & easy.

πŸ’ͺ 230 calories 13 g Protein & 6.5 g Fiber

For 10 Dimsum –

100 g Shelled Edamame
1 green chilli
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp coriander stem
Salt & pepper

5 rice papers to make 10 Dimsum

Some coriander stem or spring onion greens to tie the Dimsum

I have used @pluckk.in frozen edamame. Edamame is a complete protein & is packed with fiber. You can use it for simply snacking & to boost protein in recipes. If you love eating at Japanese restaurants, steamed edamame is the most popular appetizer & you can make it at home for a fraction of the cost.

You can buy it on the Pluckk app

🌟 Vishesh Tippani
– Keep the surface & your hands wet when using rice papers
– Always use a baking paper or banana leaf when steaming rice papers dumplings else it will stick
