I posted my mediocre bread here last week and y’all gave me lots of great ideas. This is my bread after implementing everything said.

Thank you all so much for your help, I’m so excited to cut into this bad boy!

This is a 72% hydration loaf with 475g flour 120g starter and 325g water

BF in about 20c for 11 hours then proofed in fridge for 12.

Cooked at 240c for 30 min with lid then 20 without lid.
