I think so but careful with total fiber

  2. despoticGoat

Other then causing huge dumps it’s pretty good

I’m obsessed. It is really, really good and super filling. It’s pricey, but watch for sales at your local grocery stores! I stocked up last time I caught a sale, so now I just buy a box every few grocery trips to make sure I’m never without

It is good for what it is and worth the price, especially if cutting weight. You will be gassy though so be ready

Is it lower calorie than regular pasta ? I haven’t heard much about them but am intrigued

Very much worth it! I often mix Carbe diem with reg pasta and I can’t tell the difference!

Its really good and a great alternative, but in my experience, unless you like your pasta VERY al dente you need to cook it for about double the time on the box

I like Al Dente brand Carba Nada pasta better and am able to find it locally instead of ordering online.

  9. Any similar pastas available to Canadians? Doesn’t look like I can find this stuff anywhere for a reasonable price.

They’re great. All low calories pasta dishes I make with Carbe diem

Yes I’m a big fan. No noticeable difference from typical pasta, and the price is comparable to gluten free pastas on the market. I get a subscription through Amazon but it’s also sold at my local Kroger

I like it. It goes on BOGO at publix once a month and I stock up. Paying full price would kill me.

Brami protein pasta from Costco is my absolute favorite! My whole family love it!

really good! ive tried many brands of pasta alternatives, and this one & petes pasta are the best, though i do prefer this one price wise

Let me put it to you this way: I am from Italy – I moved to the USA as a full adult, and Carbe Diem is the ONLY non-traditional/”diet” pasta that I will purchase. It is so, SO close to regular pasta, that I eat it regularly (when I am not making my own from scratch). I also like DeCecco and Rummo, but that’s “normal” pasta.

Note that you have to cook it much longer than regular pasta, but that’s not a mitigating factor for me.

    So yes – it’s worth it. 😀

It’s good. I think yes it’s definitely worth it. And cheaper than fiber gourmet.

I’ll just agree with the others, it is definitely worth it. You can usually get discounts if you buy from their website too, either bulk discounts or sales. It is so nice to be able have a huge plate of pasta for like 350 calories that tastes and feels like actual pasta.

  18. I hated it. I bought a multipack on Amazon for around $20 and had very high hopes for it. I found it to have a plasticky texture to it. Ended up giving it away to neighbors.

It’s fucking great. Truly. It’s also pretty cheap where I live comparatively to others and BOGO often.
