half cup of rice – 320 calories
half cup of oats/milk with fruit/chia seed/pb2 – 350 calories
6 ounces sweet potato – 140 calories
10 ounces of honey ham – 360 calories

it's not as pretty as some of the other stuff here but i really like all this stuff. i usually switch out the meat everyday with another lean protein. chicken breast. a steak. etc. today just happened to be some ham.

Not to be a pedant, but you have more than half a cup of rice there. Also, white rice has 200-250 calories per cup, not 300+ calories per half cup, unless you’re adding some high-calorie stuff to it.

ETA: Also suspect that you have less than 10oz of ham there. Are you weighing/measuring your food, or just eyeballing it? I think you can fit more food into your daily calorie total than you’re currently eating if you measure it properly.

Man I thought that sweet potato was some kind of slice of pepperoni stromboli or something

Careful with that much deli ham, I guarantee you’re over 3000mg of sodium in the picture and you’re doing that every day. The ham alone likely exceeds your daily allowance.

If you’re a female I recommend adding healthy fats to your diet, to keep your hormones balanced.

Who performed the autopsy on the sweet potato? And why…..

I hope you eat something green on occasion

Better off with half the rice and a couple eggs instead. There’s very little protein here for an entire day.
