Attempt #6 Finally!

I was a little worried bulk fermentation wasn’t done because it still had a bit of a “floury” smell but was otherwise jiggly and bubbly. I think I finally got one right.

My girlfriend gifted me a loaf pan to go with my new obsession so I figured I’d test it out and was pretty happy with how it turned out.
