La Laiterie, a new all-day bakery and café, is set to open in Spring 2026 in Jonesboro. Owners Ross Florance and McKenna Koledo recently purchased and began renovating the 2,500-square-foot building at 749 Route One.

The space was previously home to a small local restaurant, and the couple is excited to bring new life to the location with their fresh concept. Their goal is to serve accessible and approachable French food to the Washington County community in a warm and welcoming setting.

The menu at La Laiterie will be inspired by the culinary traditions of Brittany, France. Guests can enjoy grab-and-go items or sit down for dishes like moules-frites, oysters on the half shell, and classic French sandwiches such as jambon-beurre.

Breakfast options will include French pastries, buckwheat crepes, and quiches. The café will also feature a bar and host Florance’s tasting dinner series, Flora. The owners plan to soft launch in the spring and be fully open by May 2026, operating Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
